The Uttar Pradesh Secondary Education Council (UPMSP) Prayagraj had conducted the board exams at 8752 exam centers. According to media reports, this year a total of 58,85,735 candidates had registered for the board exams class 10th and 12th, out of which 31,16,487 students had registered for the UP Board Class 10th Exam 2023. While 27,69,258 candidates were registered in the class 12th board exam.

UP Board Result 2023: Understand with this example how to calculate class 12th percentage

For example there are five subjects in UP Board Class 12th.

• The total marks for the paper of all the five subjects are 100-100. That is, the total marks or total marks are 500.
• Now a student has got 400 marks in all subjects in total then those 400 marks have to be divided by total marks or total integer 500.
• For example, (400/500) = 0.80. Now multiply it by 100, it becomes 80.
• That means that student has got 80 percent marks.

उदाहरण के लिए यूपी बोर्ड कक्षा 12वीं में पांच विषय हैं।

सभी पांच विषयों के पेपर के कुल अंक 100-100 हैं। यानी कुल अंक या कुल अंक 500 होते हैं।

अब एक छात्र को कुल मिलाकर सभी विषयों में 400 अंक मिले हैं तो उन 400 अंकों को कुल अंकों या कुल पूर्णांक 500 से विभाजित करना होगा।
